Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and resources, and monitor and report on progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage issues and risks proactively.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
• Utilise Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage project development, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Prepare and deliver detailed project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and closure reports.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years in IT program management.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Must: a strong Technical Program Manager who has hands-on experience dealing with software releases into a production environment.
