The Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing packaging that is both visually appealing and functional, ensuring products stand out on the shelf while aligning with brand identity and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative packaging concepts and designs that enhance product appeal and functionality.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing teams to understand packaging requirements and objectives.
• Create sketches, 3D mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes that balance cost, sustainability, and durability.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and printing techniques.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitor packaging and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Prepare final designs for production and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools.
• Knowledge of materials, printing processes, and manufacturing techniques.
• Strong understanding of branding and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
