The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to play a critical role in a major strategic initiative for our business. This project focuses on improving and modernizing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of an already established product that is central to our operations. You will work closely with a seasoned UX/UI designer, leveraging Figma to translate designs into tangible enhancements that deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a UX/UI designer using Figma to implement updates and enhancements to the existing products
• Lead front-end development efforts to modernize and refine the UX/UI of a key product, ensuring alignment with business goals and user feedback.
• Refactor and optimize existing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and JQuery code to improve functionality, maintainability, and performance.
• Ensure design updates are responsive and function seamlessly across various browsers and devices.
• Partner with designers and back-end developers to ensure cohesive implementation of changes.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to iteratively improve the product.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, maintaining a focus on reliability and user satisfaction.
• Document development processes and clearly communicate progress to stakeholders.
