Responsibilities:

• Develop UX strategies and visions aligned with the business objectives and user needs.
• Redesign the existing interface to create a more intuitive, user-friendly, and native interface.
• Conduct user research, personas, and user journey mappings to understand and address user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with the product, development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand and user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to optimize and improve the interface and overall user experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and other UX design artifacts.
• Savvy in tooling such as Adobe, InVision, Figma, or other UX Design tools.
• Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep our portal at the cutting edge of design.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Advanced English
• Good experience in Web Applications
  • B2B Web Applications would be a bonus
• Portfolio
