Channel Account Manager
The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Channel Account Manager to partner with our network of independent wireless dealer principals. In this role, you will act as a dedicated business consultant to store owners and operators, bridging the gap between our corporate objectives and their local business goals.
A key pillar of this role involves consulting on Merchant Services and payment processing solutions as well as upselling our retailers on new partner integrations which will help grow their business. You will help dealer principals optimize their profitability, reduce operational costs, expand their retail footprint, and a proven ability to influence business owners in the telecommunications sector, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary strategic advisor and corporate liaison for a portfolio of independent wireless dealer principals and franchise operators.
Consult with principals on their business strategies, including location expansion, internal commission structures, and adopting our Merchant Services offerings to reduce their payment processing costs.
Analyze dealer usage of POS features and current merchant processing statements to identify immediate cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Drive top-line revenue growth across your assigned dealer network by ensuring alignment with corporate sales initiatives for both wireless products and payment/POS solutions.
Champion the onboarding process for new dealer locations, ensuring a smooth transition for both their wireless retail systems and their merchant payment gateways.
Ensure dealer compliance with master agent and carrier initiatives as it relates to the POS, Merchant Services, and integrated partners.
