Digital Marketing Lead - Client Success + Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead weekly client calls (English) and own client communication day-to-day.
Convert strategy into a clear weekly plan. Assign owners, deadlines, and QA steps.
Maintain strong delivery hygiene in BaseCamp (tasks, notes, decisions, files).
Track performance trends and raise issues early. Keep clients aligned to reality.
Coordinate pod execution across paid, email, landing pages/CRO, and creative.
Manage scope and time. Keep the pod profitable while maintaining quality.
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in growth marketing or digital marketing delivery (agency or in-house).
Comfortable leading clients and managing multiple workstreams at once.
Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, social, email, funnels, landing pages/CRO (you can QA and spot problems).
Looker Studio reporting experience (building or maintaining dashboards).
AI-forward mindset and daily tool usage (you use AI to accelerate real work).
Based in LATAM, fluent in English (spoken and written).
Great-to-Have:
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, n8n, or similar automation tools.
Experience in performance creative workflows (briefing and iteration).
