Video Editor - Golf expertise
The Role:
The Video Editor will produce high‑quality golf content across formats such as social clips, instructional videos, event recaps, brand pieces, and long‑form storytelling. A solid grasp of golf terminology, rules, player behavior, and on‑course dynamics is essential to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into compelling videos optimized for YouTube, social media, and branded platforms.
Select the best shots, angles, and sequences based on golf knowledge and narrative flow.
Add motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and pacing that enhance the viewing experience.
Maintain organized project files, media libraries, and version control.
Deliver content on schedule while upholding brand and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience editing golf content, with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and technical ability.
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Understanding of golf rules, swing mechanics, course layouts, and common terminology.
Ability to work independently and adapt to fast‑paced production timelines.
Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and visual composition.
