Sales & Event Systems Specialist
The Role:
A global hospitality organization is seeking a Specialist to support the rollout, training, and adoption of Sales & Events systems, primarily Envision, across its all‑inclusive hotel portfolio. This role partners closely with on‑property leadership and internal operations teams to strengthen system usage, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the introduction, training, and deployment of proprietary Sales & Events systems for all‑inclusive properties.
Facilitate engaging virtual and on‑site training sessions, including classroom‑style instruction and hands‑on system build workshops.
Take full ownership of training workflows, deployment tasks, and system adoption outcomes at each property.
Translate hotel business objectives into practical system configurations and real‑world use cases for Sales & Events teams.
Partner closely with Directors of Sales & Marketing, Directors of Sales, Operational Leaders, and General Managers to ensure systems support business goals.
Manage multiple deployment projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
Develop training materials such as slide decks, facilitator notes, and instructional videos.
Collaborate with global operations teams and vendor partners to ensure alignment on system standards and project needs.
Support hotels in leveraging systems to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive topline performance.
Requirements:
3+ years of hotel experience in both group sales and events management.
Recent experience (1–3 years) with Envision or similar sales platforms preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience in Latin American hotel markets is a plus.
