Finance & Executive Assistant
The Role:
We are hiring a highly organized, proactive Finance & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder/CEO, supporting personal finance management and company finance operations in collaboration with the Finance Manager and Global Ops Manager.
This is a dual role: 50% finance, 50% executive support.
Responsibilities:
Finance
Manage Founder’s personal finances in Quicken
Support company accounting in Zoho Books
Reconcile US & India bank accounts (multi-currency)
Track recurring bills, assets, and financial records
Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and system clean-up
Executive Support
Manage calendar and inbox
Track action items and ensure team accountability
Coordinate across global team (US & India)
Prepare summaries and reports for decision-making
Requirements:
3+ years in bookkeeping/accounting or finance support
Strong experience with Quicken and/or Zoho Books
Experience working in remote environments using collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly trustworthy
Strong written and verbal English
Schedule:
7:00 AM – 12:00 PM USA CT overlap required + flexibility
