Marketing Specialist (Lead generation, SEO, analytics)
The Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong data-driven decision making skills and proven expertise in lead generation, SEO, performance marketing, and analytics. In this role, you’ll manage our website traffic, ad campaigns, and growth initiatives to attract, convert, and retain customers. This highly results-oriented position focuses on building and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI through high-
impact, measurable marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Campaign Strategy
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that drive qualified traffic conversions
- Spearhead automated email campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and retention
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff
- SEO & Content Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and implement on page/off page SEO strategies
- Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and on-site conversions
- Create, edit, and maintain SEO optimized blog posts and case studies
- Monitor rankings and make data driven adjustments to improve organic visibility
- Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing
- Build highly targeted ad campaigns
- Set clear KPIs and run A/B tests to continuously improve ROI
- Monitor and adjust campaign parameters
- Content Strategy & Execution
- Create, edit, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, and landing page copy
- Collaborate with designers to develop visuals that align with our brand identity
- Coordinate with SEO and PR consultants to align messaging and maximize outreach
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with developers to implement content updates and technical SEO changes on the website
- Partner with the sales team to ensure messaging aligns with buyer needs and sales collateral
- Support management in aligning marketing efforts with company goals and product direction
- Analytics & Optimization
- Evaluate on-site SEO performance and keyword strategies
- Report on campaign performance and user engagement metrics
- Recommend and implement website optimizations
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and performance marketing
- Experience running paid ad campaigns
- Experience executing automated email campaigns
- Strong writing and editing skills driven by keyword analysis and search optimization
- Adept with tools for analytics, content generation, and marketing management
