Content Marketing Assistant (Podcast + LinkedIn)
The Company:
We help founders turn their voice into visibility. Our system transforms raw podcast interviews into thought-leadership content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and more — without requiring our clients to become content creators.
The Role:
We’re looking for a junior marketing assistant who can help us execute our signature system. Your job is to take already-recorded podcast interviews and turn them into bite-sized content: video clips, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube uploads.
This is a perfect role for someone with solid English, decent writing skills, basic video editing abilities, and a love for storytelling through content. You don’t need to come up with strategy — we’ll train you on the system. You just need to be organized, proactive, and reliable.
If you’ve ever said “I’m not a strategist yet, but I can follow one and get things done fast,” this role is for you.
Requirements:
- Podcast Content Repurposing
- Pull transcripts and video files
- Highlight the top 3–6 moments in each episode
- Extract insights and quotes for use in written and video content
- Edit and format short-form vertical videos (CapCut or Riverside Magic Clips)
- Upload long-form podcast episodes to YouTube (with titles, descriptions, and thumbnails)
- LinkedIn Post Execution
- Draft 5–7 LinkedIn posts per week based on podcast content (we provide templates)
- Post directly or via a scheduler (Publer, Taplio, etc.)
- Monitor and reply to comments and DMs in the founder’s voice
- Engage with relevant accounts in our niche
- Content & Project Management
- Track all assets and deliverables in Notion or Airtable
- Keep a clean, organized system for transcripts, clips, posts, and feedback
- Flag top-performing content for reuse in newsletters, reels, or carousels
Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1 or above – you’ll write and post in English daily)
- Great writing instincts — doesn’t have to be copywriter-level, but you should know when a sentence sounds “off”
- Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Descript, etc.)
- Organized and detail-oriented (you’ll manage a high volume of small content pieces weekly)
- Familiar with LinkedIn as a platform
Great to Have:
- Experience publishing to YouTube (thumbnails, tags, metadata)
- Worked on a podcast, newsletter, or creator business before
- Familiarity with B2B content or tech/startup culture
- Canva or graphic design skills
