Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Dual-Product Mastery: Become an expert in both our Fintech (payouts, credit, FX) and our SaaS (CRM, workflow automation, data analytics) offerings.
B2B Enterprise Sales: Pitch and close Talent Agencies and MCNs, helping them implement our service for Business to manage their entire roster.
B2C Growth: Directly engage high-net-worth creators to migrate their business banking to our Banking.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the journey from cold outreach and "un-ignorable" DMs to technical demos, contract negotiation, and final closing.
Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities to move Banking clients onto our CRM, and vice versa, creating a locked-in our ecosystem.
Pipeline Architecture: Build and refine the "Playbook" for navigating agency gatekeepers and creator entourages.
Requirements:
The Hybrid Hunter: You have a proven track record in both Fintech (numbers-driven) and SaaS (solution-driven) sales.
Cold Calling Native: You have "ice in your veins." You are comfortable calling a CEO at a top-tier agency or DMing a 10M+ sub creator.
SaaS Savvy: You understand how a CRM solves operational pain. You can speak fluently about API integrations, data silos, and workflow automation.
Creator Fluent: You understand the economics of YouTube-from CPM fluctuations to the complexity of multi-channel management.
Flawless English: C1/C2 level. You communicate with the authority of a Partner and the speed of a Founder.
Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese at C1/C2 level.
