Content Marketing Specialist

We are building the most advanced AI platform for animal health, transforming veterinary medicine, reducing burnout for veterinarians and helping pets heal faster.
We are a Silicon Valley startup with roots in Córdoba, Argentina, founded by a team with experience at Google, DiDi, and leading veterinary imaging centers.
The Role:
You'll own content strategy and execution across all channels. This isn't just writing—it's building the strategic narrative that positions us as the obvious choice for AI-assisted veterinary diagnostics.
You'll work directly with the co-founders to translate product vision, clinical insights, and market strategy into content that educates, persuades, and converts. You'll manage everything from LinkedIn thought leadership to technical white papers to website articles.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Build and own the editorial calendar across all content channels
Define content pillars that align with business objectives and buyer journey
Identify content gaps and opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
Plan content strategy for product launches, partnerships, and market expansion
Content Creation & Execution
Write and publish articles for the website (Spanish, English, Portuguese)
Create white papers, case studies, and technical content for veterinary audiences
Manage LinkedIn presence
Produce social media content across platforms with appropriate voice for each channel
Develop sales enablement content (one-pagers, battle cards, email sequences)
Distribution & Management
Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram)
Coordinate with product and sales teams for content alignment
Track content performance and iterate based on what works
Ensure brand voice consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements:
Trilingual fluency: Spanish, English, Portuguese (written and spoken)
AI-native approach: You know how to use AI tools to 10x content velocity without sacrificing quality
Strategy + execution: You can develop the plan AND execute it yourself
Self-directed ownership: You don't need hand-holding. You see what needs to happen and make it happen.
Strong writing: You can adapt voice and style from technical white papers to casual LinkedIn posts
Latest AI knowledge: You stay current on how AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) can leverage content production and velocity. You're not afraid of AI replacing you: you use it to amplify your output.
Startup mentality: You've worked in early-stage environments where you wear multiple hats and move fast

Veterinary knowledge: Understanding veterinary medicine, clinical decision-making, or diagnostic imaging is a significant plus. We operate in a specialized field where credibility matters.
