SDR & PreSales Consultant
The Role:
The core role will involve proactively reaching out to both local and international prospects, setting clear objectives, conducting presentations, and driving measurable results for the sales team.
The Sales Development Representative and Presales Consultant will play a key role in the daily management of the CRM, which includes accurately tracking all activities and updating the system.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Outreach: Make calls to international prospects, setting clear objectives and achieving measurable outcomes for the sales team.
- Lead Profiling & Management: Research, identify, and maintain potential leads; accurately track all activity in CRM systems.
- Sales Process Management (A-Z): Handling every step of the sales process, from finding leads and setting up meetings to answering questions, creating proposals, negotiating, closing the sale, and following up.
- LinkedIn Campaigns: Lead and optimize LinkedIn outreach to establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Email Campaign and Newsletter Management: Planning and overseeing email marketing efforts, including sending targeted campaigns and regular newsletters to engage and inform clients.
- Meeting Preparation: Develop materials, presentations, and agendas to empower the sales team for success.
- Technical Knowledge: Quickly master our software and industry best practices, leveraging any computer science background when possible
Requirements:
- Educational background in a relevant field (sales or technology) should be a must. Exceptional candidate from other fields will also be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.
- Must be proficient in CRM usage and management.
- Experience in a travel, software and technical industries is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (native level or equivalent) is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Spanish language skills are an advantageous but not required.
- Comfortable and confident in making phone calls
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and gain industry insight.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns and lead generation is preferred.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Able to manage deadlines and quotas effectively.
- Willingness to work during US EST hours.
