The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Field Support Technician to join our team. The role involves visiting client shops to install software, configure systems, and ensure successful deployment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, technical expertise, and the ability to travel to various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software on client devices at shop locations.
- Conduct system checks and troubleshoot installation issues.
- Provide basic training to clients on software usage.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service calls.

Requirements:
