Mid-level SWE – .NET (C#) and React/JavaScript
The Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer skilled in .NET (C#) and React/JavaScript. The client's engineering team has deeply integrated AI-assisted coding and agentic development workflows into their day-to-day operations. They are looking for an engineer who effectively partners with AI tools to design, build, and validate high-quality solutions faster and more reliably.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and React/JavaScript on the frontend.
Leverage AI-assisted coding tools and agentic development workflows as part of daily development to accelerate software design, implementation, and testing.
Review, validate, and take full ownership of AI-generated code to guarantee standards for security, accuracy, and maintainability prior to deployment.
Perform code reviews, debug complex issues, optimize performance, and maintain clear technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to ship reliable new features.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Backend: Solid hands-on development experience with .NET (C#).
AI Coding Workflows: Hands-on professional experience using AI coding assistants and/or agentic development tools (e.g., AI pair-programming tools, autonomous coding agents) to design, build, and debug software.
APIs & Databases: Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
Tools: Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and knowledge of web development security best practices.
Languages: Advanced / Fluent English.
Great to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
Experience extending or configuring AI agent workflows (custom prompts, tool integrations, multi-agent frameworks).
Experience with major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
