Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Financial Services Sector
The Role:
We are hiring an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a fast-growing New York based financial services firm specialising in Fractional CFO, Controller, Accounting and Bookkeeping solutions for SMEs across the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, finance services, and international client management while working directly with senior leadership teams in the US market.
Responsibilities:
Outbound telemarketing and cold calling
LinkedIn outreach and relationship building
Email campaign management and follow-up
Identifying and qualifying business owners and decision makers
Booking qualified appointments for the client’s senior consultants
Maintaining CRM activity and pipeline updates
Working closely with leadership on campaign strategy and messaging
KPI Target:
20 booked qualified meetings monthly
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision makers
Positive, resilient and target-driven mindset
Previous SDR, telesales, appointment setting or customer-facing experience preferred
Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM systems and outbound sales tools
