Law Firm Marketing Manager
The Role:
Marketing Manager who leads digital presence and drives strategic growth. This role is ideal for a high-energy professional who can blend the analytical side of lead generation with the creative side of brand management within the legal sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the firm’s professional reputation across all digital platforms while executing targeted outbound campaigns to reach key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
Digital Brand Management: Oversee and optimize the firm’s website, ensuring content is current, authoritative, and SEO-friendly.
LinkedIn Strategy: Manage the firm’s LinkedIn presence. This includes drafting thought-leadership posts, engaging with industry influencers, and managing sponsored content to increase visibility.
Outbound Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate leads and maintain relationships with referral sources.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the legal team to translate legal concepts into engaging blog posts and social media updates.
Performance Analytics: Track and report on KPIs for all digital channels, using data to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and professional directories to ensure a consistent and prestigious brand image.
Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, preferably within legal services.
Outbound Expertise: Track record of managing successful email sequences and LinkedIn outreach tools.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, email automation platforms, and basic CMS (like WordPress or Webflow).
Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a "legal eye" for detail and compliance.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to work independently and align marketing tactics with the firm’s broader business development goals.
