Client Outreach & Listing Coordinator
The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented team member to help ensure our vehicle listings are complete, accurate, and ready to publish. In this role, you will communicate directly with clients to gather missing information, photos, and videos needed for their listings. You will work from a shared Google Sheet that tracks which vehicles require updates and what details are outstanding. Your work will play a key part in keeping our listings professional and up to date.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to clients by phone, text, or email to request missing information for their vehicle listings
Clearly explain what details, photos, or videos are needed and guide clients through providing them
Follow up with clients when necessary to ensure all required information is collected
Update the Google Sheet to reflect progress, completed tasks, and any communication notes
Maintain organized records of outreach and ensure no listing falls through the cracks
Requirements:
Comfortable making calls and speaking with clients in a professional, friendly manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple ongoing conversations and follow‑ups
Detail‑oriented and able to accurately update records
