Content Analyst - Hospitality Data & Distribution
Responsibilities:
You will ensure our clients' information is accurate, consistent, and optimized across key online channels:
Manage and update client data within our platform - hotels, restaurants, and spas.
Audit descriptive content, amenities, and images across major travel and search platforms.
Identify inconsistencies and proactively correct inaccuracies.
Maintain and update client information directly on third-party websites when required.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.
Protect client revenue by shaping how properties are discovered and perceived.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent time management - able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
English proficiency at an intermediate+ level.
