Key Account Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Market Insight
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape of Mexico's food packaging industry; submit one monthly market research report to provide key information support for the company's strategic decision-making and business expansion.
- New Client Development
- Responsible for the promotion and sales of aluminum foil products in the Mexican market. Core tasks include: traveling to develop and visit target clients, promoting the company's core advantages, identifying and connecting with key decision-makers. Aim to build a stable customer relationship network, invite clients to visit the factory successfully, and achieve the goal of developing more than 10 key accounts annually.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, timely share valuable market insights, and jointly promote the conversion of business opportunities.
- Demonstrate good planning and review habits; formulate clear monthly work plans and submit summary reports on time. Note: The company headquarters will assign a professional marketing team to provide business training and full-process guidance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the packaging industry and over 5 years of sales experience.
- Proficient in packaging materials (knowledge and application experience of aluminum foil is a priority); familiar with composite processes, films, and other packaging-related expertise.
- Mastery of foreign trade processes and shipping knowledge; fluent in English and Spanish (Chinese communication skills are a plus).
- Excellent at face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and business negotiations; existing resources and connections in the packaging industry are highly preferred.
- Willing to travel independently; familiar with local road conditions and holds a valid driver's license.
- Outstanding communication and expression skills; energetic, passionate about sales work, and results-oriented.
