Ad Uploader
The Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-obsessed Ad Uploader to join our Paid Media team. This role is critical to our creative testing engine - ensuring every ad is properly uploaded, named, tagged, and live on schedule across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
You’ll work closely with the founder, creative director and clients to keep campaigns flowing smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and organize ad creatives across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads according to campaign briefs.
- Maintain precise naming conventions, UTM parameters, and tracking links for all uploaded ads.
- Ensure all creatives meet platform specs (aspect ratio, captions, thumbnails, length, etc.) before launch.
- Match creatives to the correct campaigns, ad sets, and audiences as outlined by the media team.
- Conduct quality checks to confirm that ads are live, spending correctly, and displaying as intended.
- Keep internal logs up to date in Google Sheets and Notion, depending on the client workflow.
- Communicate proactively with the creative and media teams to troubleshoot discrepancies or upload delays.
- Archive expired or inactive creatives and maintain a clean, searchable asset library.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in paid social operations, media coordination, media buyer or a growth marketing assistant role (agency experience preferred).
- Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager; working knowledge of TikTok and Google Ads a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail — accuracy in file names, links, and uploads is essential.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and comfortable working in Notion, Slack, and Drive-based workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple client uploads and meet daily deadlines.
