Customer Service Ambassador - English + French/German/Italian

The Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international support team. Each role will focus on serving customers in a specific region, depending on your language skills: French, German, or Italian (in addition to English).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Support customers in your assigned country/language region
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and one of: French, German, or Italian
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in software or hardware support
