The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Solution Owner to join our team and take ownership of the delivery and continuous improvement of our enterprise solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, acting as a critical link between internal stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure that business needs are effectively translated into scalable and high-impact solutions.

As a Solution Owner, you will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing business requirements, owning the product/solution backlog, and driving end-to-end delivery in close collaboration with engineering, project management, and product leadership. You will also serve as the professional face of the company to our customers—presenting solutions, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment across all levels, including senior management. This position requires occasional on-site visits to customer locations and a strong ability to navigate both strategic discussions and hands-on solution execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic & Stakeholder Management
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders (external and internal), including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Translate these needs into clear, actionable requirements aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals, constraints, and progress.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and balance competing needs from business units, clients, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate key meetings and workshops, including solution demos, discovery sessions, and requirements reviews, to ensure alignment across all parties.
• Product & Solution Ownership
  • Own and manage the backlog, including defining, structuring, and maintaining a clear hierarchy of initiatives and epics with detailed business requirements.
  • Prioritize work based on business value, dependencies, and technical feasibility, in collaboration with Product Managers and technical leads (especially in teams with shared resources).
  • Define precise and verifiable acceptance criteria for all features and functions. 
  • Validate that delivered features meet the original business need and expectations through post-acceptance testing (PAT).
  • Ensure the solution complies with regulatory, compliance, security, and data protection requirements.
• Technical Collaboration and Execution
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and potential trade-offs, ensuring that business requirements can be delivered eƯectively.
  • Provide the business context necessary for making informed technical decisions.
  • Actively identify and mitigate risks related to solution delivery, including cross-team dependencies and potential roadblocks. Escalate critical issues promptly to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Coordinate the project lifecycle from inception to delivery, including initiating kick- off meetings and facilitating the estimation process (LOEs) with development teams to set realistic timelines and expectations.
  • Continuously gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and delivery teams to inform future iterations and drive continuous improvement of our products.
• Working Environment & Collaboration
  • This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, project management, and senior business stakeholders, including presenting to executive leadership.
  • As the professional face to the customer, the Solution Owner will participate in key meetings and workshops - both remotely and occasionally in person.
  • Hybrid work - office 3 times a week
  • Estimated travel is up to 10%, including visits to customer sites when needed— regardless of location.
