The Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Application Developer to lead complex feature and system development while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence across the team. This role blends hands-on engineering with architectural leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of scalable systems and features
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability
• Diagnose and resolve performance and scalability challenges
• Partner with product and design teams to align technical solutions with business goals

Requirements:

• Expertise in system design, architecture, and debugging
• Proficiency in Azure frameworks (.NET, Function Apps, Durable Functions)
• Strong command of cloud services and infrastructure management
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, ADX, Snowflake, and agentic AI deployments
• Mastery of multiple programming languages: JavaScript, Angular, CSS, SQL, Python, and/or C#
• Deep understanding of code quality best practices and agile methodologies
• Ability to drive efficiency through AI tools and cross-team collaboration
