The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist professional to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives with a focus on Salesforce, SAP, and Epic Health implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organizational change management (OCM), user adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless transitions in technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies for ERP and CRM implementations, ensuring organizational readiness.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, barriers, and adoption challenges. 
• Create and manage comprehensive communication plans, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
• Design and implement training programs, including Train the Trainer (TTT) initiatives, to facilitate smooth adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-user content and optimize learning experiences.
• Track and report key adoption KPIs, including employee satisfaction, training effectiveness, and business impact.
• Provide change governance support, monitoring and evaluating change activities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership and SMEs to streamline change processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 10-13 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, and digital adoption.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce, SAP, Epic Health, and enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, training development, and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, ADO, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Certifications in Prosci, CCMP, or Agile methodologies (preferred but not required).
