Account Executive (Closer)
The Role:
This is a full-cycle sales role focused on converting inbound and warm leads into high-margin recurring revenue — across both our SaaS platform and Managed Buyer service.
You’ll work remotely from LATAM, selling to GMs, Used Car Managers, and Dealer Principals at U.S. dealerships.
You will need to have closed B2B SaaS deals before and want to sell a proven product with real value.
Responsibilities:
- Run 1–2 daily demos with U.S. dealerships
- Uncover pain points around sourcing, auction costs, and staffing gaps
- Deliver ROI-based sales pitches that make dealership leaders say “yes”
- Manage a pipeline of warm inbound and follow-up leads in HubSpot
- Close 4–5 new deals per month across our Software and Managed Buyer tiers
- Handle objections like a pro (pricing, contract length, internal blockers)
- Collaborate with Marketing and BDRs on high-quality lead flow
- Forecast and update deal progress in real-time
Requirements:
- Fluent, native-level English — little to no accent
- 2+ years closing B2B SaaS deals (U.S. market experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly quotas
- Experience selling to small/mid-sized businesses or similar verticals
- Remote work discipline — strong internet, power backup, and availability during U.S. hours
- Pipeline ownership mindset — you treat follow-up, activity, and forecasting seriously
- CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)
