Graphic Designer
The Role:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can flex across both brand and performance work. You’ll create thumb-stopping ad creatives, branded assets, and sales enablement materials that bring our brand—and our clients' brands—to life.
Responsibilities:
- Design static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google
- Develop assets for landing pages, emails, pitch decks, and social content
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Brand teams to align visuals with goals
- Translate campaign briefs into high-performing creative that converts
- Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative testing results
- Organize and manage design files, templates, and versions
Requirements:
- Have 2–5 years of experience in digital and brand design
- Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva (optional: After Effects or Premiere for motion)
- Understand the difference between what looks good and what converts
- Love working fast, iterating, and designing based on performance
- Have a strong portfolio that includes ad creative, social graphics, and brand systems
- Are flexible, collaborative, and comfortable with feedback
