Order Entry Specialist
The Role:
The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately processing and managing sales orders in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and efficiently use internal order management software
- Accurately enter and transfer sales orders
- Handle all assigned orders within 2 hours (after completing training)
- Communicate effectively with Sales associates, team members, and managers
- Follow up on outstanding updates or changes to orders to ensure timely resolution
