OTS ATM Test Lab Product Support
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to support any issues/queries raised by customer for the Test Lab Product installed at customer location
- It is L1/L2 IT support role, where the resource will check if have enough information if not will connect with customer and get the details, will Run analysis and troubleshoot to resolve. If required and possible, customer may arrange remote access.
- If no resolution, should escalate to L3 support.
- Full training will be provided on product
Requirements:
- Product application support experience
- Excelling analytical & problem-solving skills
- Customer facing experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently, ability to multi-task
- Technical experience ideally in ATM & card payment domain
- Technical background in computer engineering/science (nice to have but not a must)
- Skills in MS Windows, Virtualisation (VMware, Azure), XFS, EMV, JavaScript
