Virtual Assistant
Primary Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistant
- Handling invoices and processing customer payments.
- Handling insurance paperwork and claims processing.
- Phone handling including inbound and outbound calls.
- Customer Follow ups.
- Admin adhoc tasks.
Requirements:
- English and Spanish communication and comprehension.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Bilingual Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Experience with invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic financial tasks.
- Knowledge of insurance paperwork and claims handling is a strong plus.
- Ideally a background in project management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite).
- Comfortable handling phone calls and speaking with clients and partners.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm US Central
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets for reporting
- Experience supporting project workflows and creating/updating SOPs
- Solid background in general administrative tasks.
