The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to join our team and play a key role in driving customer success. You will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, engaging with prospective clients to understand their technical needs, and assisting the sales team in presenting tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience working with HTML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations for potential customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre-sales process.
• Customize demos and proof-of-concept solutions based on client needs.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and how they integrate with client systems.
• Address technical queries from clients and provide timely resolutions.
• Act as a liaison between sales, product, and development teams to ensure seamless communication of client requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar pre-sales or technical consulting role.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in delivering technical product demonstrations.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
