The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Unreal Engine 5 & Fortnite Competitive Coach to train young players (ages 6+) in high-level competitive gameplay and strategy. The ideal candidate understands Fortnite’s mechanics, meta, and advanced strategies, along with Unreal Engine 5 fundamentals. You should be able to develop players’ technical skills, game sense, and teamwork while making lessons engaging and age-appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Coach players in high-level Fortnite competitive play, including strategy, mechanics, and decision-making.
• Teach Unreal Engine 5 fundamentals related to game mechanics and environment understanding.
• Analyze gameplay, provide feedback, and help players refine their skills for tournaments.
• Adapt training to different skill levels, ensuring steady improvement.
• Stay up to date on Fortnite patches, meta changes, and competitive trends.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Fortnite’s competitive scene (arena, tournaments, scrims).
• Solid understanding of Unreal Engine 5 and its role in game mechanics.
• Ability to coach young players with patience and clear communication.
• Experience in competitive gaming, coaching, or esports training preferred.
