Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on Business Intelligence (BI) process cycle, including understanding business requirements and transforming them into dashboard solutions
• Coordinates a team of BI developers to tackle multiple projects in parallel
• Presents project status to key stakeholders on a regular basis
• Architecture decision making on best practices in development
• Develop scalable and maintainable BI applications to meet business objectives
• Maintain accurate and complete technical architectural documents
• Develop intuitive user-friendly dashboards, that provide complete visibility on company’s performance around the world
• Responsible for providing timely status updates to senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across the enterprise
• Applies privacy and regulatory requirements on an operational level, partners with the security organization and legal to monitor internal controls and audits
• Investigates and responds to data privacy inquiries and incidents in partnership with our legal and security teams

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in technology-based major
• Certification in Qlik (designer, architect, administration) technology (mandatory)
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills (English)
• Ability to lead and coordinate an offshore team
• Experience in planning and delivering high quality work in fast paced environment
• Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical business and senior executives and assist with scoping and architecting BI solutions
• Proficient in designing dashboards to enable a business discovery experience. Familiar with DAR (Dashboard Analysis Reporting) design methodologies
• 10+ years of experience on Qlik Sense with a proven track record of successful implementations
• 5+ years being in BI leadership positions
• Perform overall architecture design, performance tuning/cost management, and implementation of Qlik Sense
• Strong troubleshooting skills
