Responsibilities:
- Support business sourcing pipeline
- Manage month-over-month hiring
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the specific needs of roles
- Interview and evaluate a candidate's skills and experience
- Build and create a representative talent pipeline
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience recruiting for IT positions
- Experience with ATS and CRM tools
- Thoughtful and collaborative approach with a strong focus on establishing relationships and working as part of a team
- Experience building and maintaining strong partnerships with cross-functional partners and client groups to improve processes
- Experience sourcing within a fast-paced organization
